摘　　要：2-苯基-1-(4-(1-吡咯乙氧基)苯基)乙酮是合成抗骨质疏松药拉索昔芬重要的结构片段。以苯酚为原料经成醚,磺酰氯酯化得到磺酸酯,然后经亲核取代反应,傅-克酰基化反应高收率地合成了目标化合物,其结构通过NMR和HRMS进行了表征。2-phenyl（4-pyrrolidinylethoxyphenyl） ethan-l-one was important structural fragments of antiosteoporosis drug Lasofox- irene. The intermediate was prepared by etheriiieation,esterifieation with tosyl chloride in a simple and efficient step from phenol, and then the title compound was obtained by nueleophilie substitution and Friedel-Crafts acylation reaction in high yield. The chemi- cal straeture of the compound was characterized by NMR and HRMS.
