郑州地区正常Bolton指数分析及应用研究

摘　　要：目的研究郑州地区正常Bolton指数的性别差异,确立正常Bolton指数的范围并对上下颌牙量进行相关性分析和回归方程的建立。方法选择符合标准的正常模型85例,测得上下牙弓3-3和6-6的长度,计算Bolton指数。结果上下颌牙弓长度和Bolton指数性别间无统计学意义(P>0.05);上下颌牙量之间存在高度相关性(P<0.01)。结论确立了郑州地区正常Bolton指数的范围并建立了回归方程,为临床诊断和矫治计划提供了依据。Objective To investigate the rang of Bolton index and different of genders and to relationship between upper and lower teeth dimention and to establish the regression equation. Methods Totally 85 persons with individual normal occlusion were selected. To measure the dental arch length and calculate the Bolton index. Results There were not significant differences between genders with dental arch length and Bolton index（ P 〈0.05） ;There were significant correlation between upper and lower tooth（ P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusions To establish the rang and the regression equation was made which can be applied for diagnosis and orthodontics planning.
