巩膜瓣下悬吊人工晶体治疗白内障并发症8例

摘　　要：目的临床观察白内障手术出现晶状体后囊膜破裂核坠入玻璃体腔、人工晶状体置换等并发症,采用三片式人工晶状体攀固定在巩膜瓣下巩膜隧道技术的效果。方法本院2010年8例出现白内障手术并发症患者来院就诊,放置人工晶状体攀固定巩膜瓣下巩膜隧道中,术后观察1、3、7d及一个月的裸眼视力、最佳矫正视力、角膜、前房及晶体位置等。结果 1d及3d患者出现角膜水肿,晶体位置正,自觉症状减轻;7d及1个月患者角膜透明,前房反应消失,视力得到显著提高,人工晶状体位置居中。未出现任何视网膜脱离及眼内炎。结论在白内障手术出现后囊破裂、人工晶状体需要置换等并发症时,采用三片式人工晶状体攀固定巩膜瓣下巩膜隧道技术能够取得较理想的结果。Objective To observe the treatment of cataract complications such as poster capsular rupture, nucelus falling into vitreous cavity, the nuclear dislocation into anterior chamber and IOL replacement. We used three pieces intraocular lens to fix seleral tunnel under scleral flap. Methods Eight patients with cataract complications came to our hospital for curing in 2010. We observed the uncorrected visual acuity, cornea, anterior chamber reaction and the position of in- traoeular lens after surgery in 1 day, 3 days, 7 days and one month. Results The patients had corneal edema, the position of intraocular lens was good, and the patient g symptoms reduced in 1 and 3 days. The patients had clear cornea, and anterior chamber reaction was disappeared after 7 days and 1 month. The visual acuity significantly improved and the intraocular lens was in the center. It was not appeared of any retinal detachment and endophlhalmitis. Conclusions We used three pieces intraocular lens to fix the seleral tunnel under the scleral flap.It＇s a good technique to cure cataract complications.
