摘　　要：目的研究不同职业癌症患者生命质量的差异及其与生活满意度的关系。方法采用EORTC生命质量测定量表QLQ-C30(V3.0)中文版和生活满意度量表对183名唐山市人民医院肿瘤专科医院癌症患者进行问卷调查。结果①方差分析结果表明,不同职业癌症患者的生命质量中躯体功能、角色功能、社会功能、总体健康状况、疲倦、疼痛、失眠、经济困难差异具有统计学意义(F=3.270,4.273,3.814,3.005,3.187;P<0.01)。主要表现在事业公务员、干部和自由职业的生命质量较好,而农民和教育工作者的生命质量较差;②癌症患者生活满意度与生命质量中功能领域及总体健康状况呈正相关(P<0.05,P<0.01),与生命质量中症状领域呈负相关(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论癌症患者生命质量中功能领域和症状领域都存在职业差异,他们的生命质量与生活满意度相关。Objective To explore the life quality of different occupational cancer patients,as well as the relationship with life satisfaction index.Methods A total of 183 cancer patients were measured by EORTC QLQ-C30（V3.0）and life satisfaction index scale.Results ①Occupational differences had significant effect on physical functioning,role functioning,social functioning,global health status,fatigue,pain,insomnia,financial difficulties（F=3.270,4.273,3.814,3.005,3.187;P〈0.01）.Mainly civil servants,cadres and the liberal professions had better life quality,and famers and educators had worse life quality.②Life satisfaction index was significantly positively correlated with functioning domain（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）,and significantly negatively correlated with symptom domain（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.Conclusion The life quality of cancer patients has significant occupational differences in functioning domain and symptoms domain,their life quality is related to life satisfaction index.
