明尼苏达多项人格调查表的F量表再评价及信效度分析

摘　　要：目的在新被试中对青年男性新编F量表进行再评价,并对其信效度进行分析,为F量表条目筛选和组合的新标准在男性青年人群中的应用提供新的依据。方法使用MMPI-215对6312名男性青年进行验证性测试,在正常组和心理障碍组中比较F量表新方案,并对测试结果进行信效度分析。结果①不同方案F分数在各组的变化趋势:正常组:方案5/6(0.05±0.04/0.05±0.04)<方案1(0.07±0.06)<方案3(0.10±0.09)<原F量表(0.12±0.07;P<0.01);障碍组:方案3(0.45±0.24)>方案5(0.34±0.22;P<0.01),方案3(0.45±0.24)>原F量表(0.36±0.18;P<0.05);②信效度分析结果显示,方案3为最佳条目组合。结论①在中国男性青年中入选F量表的条目的正常人群应答率应设置在小于20%的范围内;②方案3为最佳条目组合,为便于大规模施测,可以在保证信效度的前提下对量表条目进行简化。Objective To reevaluate the new criterion to screen the items of F Scale in the male youth in China,and analyze the credibility and validity of the new projects so as to justify the criterion.Methods A total of 6243 male youth all over the country took the MMPI-215.New projects of F scales were compared between normal and abnormal groups,and both credibility and validity of the new projects were analyzed to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages among different project of F scale.Results ①The difference of the F scores in different projects was as follows：Normal group：project5/6（0.05±0.04/0.05±0.04）project1（0.07±0.06）project3（0.10±0.09）original（0.12±0.07）（P0.01）;Abnormal group：project3（0.45±0.24）project5（0.34±0.22）（P0.01）,project3（0.45±0.24）original F scales（0.36±0.18）（P0.05）;② Project 3 was the best one in terms of analysis of credibility and validity.Conclusion ①The endorsement percentage of the normal persons should be set within 20 % in the Chinese young men to pick up the F scale＇s items.②Project 3 is the optimal choice,and for the large scale screen,questionnaires should be simplified on the premise of good credibility and validity.
