摘　　要：面向应用型本科院校网络工程专业的教师工作室创新人才培养模式是一种新的人才培养模式的探索与实践.该模式以教师工作室培养学生创新能力为主线,以创新项目开发与实现为导向,培养学生解决实际问题的能力,团队协作能力,创新思维能力和战胜困难的毅力.鼓励学生参加创新性实验竞赛,使学生具备灵活应用专业知识能力,通过深化开放学习、自主管理、全程参与和创新为先的人才培养理念,实现网络工程专业应用型人才培养和就业的无缝对接.Innovative talent training mode in teachers＇ studio for network engineering specialty of application-oriented institutes is a new exploration and practice of innovative talent training mode, which trains creative ability in teachers＇ studio, and orientes development and implementation of innovative project, trains the ability of solving practical problems, team cooperation, innovative thinking and perseverance of overcoming difficulties. Students participating innovative experiment competition is encouraged which make the students have flexible application ability of professional knowledge, deepen ideas of talents cultivation of open learning, self-management, full participation and innovative first, and realize seamless connection between training practical talents of network engineering specialty and employment.
