摘  要:目的探讨周目标教学在脊柱外科护理实习带教中的应用效果。方法将周目标教学运用于脊柱外科护理实习生中,按临床实习要求制定周目标后,带教老师和护士长按照周目标实习要求,指导学生实习并认真管理。结果护理实习生对理论知识、操作技能的掌握,临床思维能力的训练,对教学的满意度较对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),学生学习目标明确,学习积极性、主动性增强。结论周目标教学管理可提高教学效果,提高学生对教学的满意度。Objective To investigate the effects of goal - oriented teaching theory of each week in nurse training teaching of spinal surgical practice. Methods According to the goal - oriented teaching theory of each week in nurse training teaching of spinal surgical practice, goal - oriented plan for each week was made to guide the practice of nurse students. Results The practical effect were significantly better in training of theory knowledge, technical skill, clinical thinking and satisfaction degree for nurse training for those in study group than those in control group ( P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion Management of goal - oriented teaching theory of each week plan can improve the teaching effect and satisfaction degree for nursing teaching.
