摘　　要：文章阐述了企业生产的网络化发展趋势，对面向分散网络化建模过程的特点进行了分析，介绍了进行基于网络建模的系统开发方案，并介绍了该课题组正在开发的基于Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ／Ｉｎｔｒａｎｅｔ的建模原型系统。The network development current of manufacturing is discussed in this paper. lt. discusses the characteristic of modeling process, and introduces the developing project of a net-modeling system based on network. At the end of this paper, a prototype system which authors are developing is introduced, too.
