Caspase-3与CD44v6在视网膜母细胞瘤中的表达及相关性研究

摘　　要：目的研究Caspase-3和CD44v6在视网膜母细胞瘤(retinoblastoma,RB)中的表达,探讨两者之间的关系及其在RB中的作用。方法应用免疫组织化学检测24例RB石蜡包埋标本中的Caspase-3和CD44v6表达,以及两者的相关性。结果 24例RB中,分化型4例和未分化型20例;24例RB组织中,CD44v6表达阳性者17例,占70.8%;分化型和未分化型RB中,CD44v6的表达阳性率无显著性差异。CD44v6在视神经浸润组与视神经未浸润组RB中的表达,组间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。24例RB组织中,有18例Caspase-3蛋白表达阳性,占75.0%。Caspase-3在分化型与未分化型组间和视神经浸润组与视神经未浸润组两组间均无显著性差异(P>0.05);Caspase-3表达与RB有无视神经浸润无相关性。CD44v6与Caspase-3的表达呈显著正相关。结论 CD44v6与RB视神经浸润正相关,表达可能与RB的分化无关,Caspase-3与RB的分化无关。Caspase-3和CD44v6的表达间存在着正相关。在RB中,Caspase-3的高表达和CD44v6的高表达可能与RB的演进有关。Objective To study the significance of the expression of Caspase-3 And CD44v6 in retinoblastoma（RB）,and the correlation between them. Methods The expression of Caspase-3 And CD44v6 in RB were detected by streptavidin/peroxidase immunohistochemical method. Results Among 24 cases,4 cases were differentiated type,other cases were undifferentiated type.CD44v6 positive expression in 17 cases,accounting for 70.8%.The positive expression rate of CD44v6 between the differentiated and undifferentiated type RB has no significant differences.However,it has significant difference between optic nerve infiltration group and no optic nerve infiltration group（P0.05）.The positive expression of Caspase-3 was 75.0%（18/24）in RB,there was no significance between differentiated group and undifferentiated group,and there is remarkable significance between optic nerve infiltration group and non-optic nerve infiltration group.The positive expression percentage of CD44v6 was 70.8%（17/24）in RB,and there is no significance among different groups.The expression between Caspase-3 and CD44v6 has a positive correlation. Conclusion The results suggest that the high expression of Caspase-3 and over expression of CD44v6 may play a role in the progression of RB.The expression of CD44v6 has a positive correlation with RB optic nerve infiltration.The expression of Caspase-3 and CD44v6 in RB may have a relationship with differentiation of RB.The expression of Caspase-3 and CD44v6 in RB has a positive correlation.
