摘　　要：目的对患根尖周炎的乳磨牙采用VP糊剂进行根管充填或空管疗法的疗效观察。方法将126例132颗患牙随机分为VP糊剂根管充填组和空管疗法组,1年后回访。结果根管充填组治疗有效率为93.82%;空管疗法组治疗有效率为92.55%,经χ2检验两者疗效无显著差异。结论 VP糊剂治疗乳磨牙尖周炎空管疗法操作简便,疗效好,临床应用前景广阔。Objective To discuss the curative effect of VP past compared with dry pipe to treat deciduous molar tooth periapex. Methods 132 tooth of 126 patient were treated with VP past and dry pipe randomly, they were followed up after 1 year. Results The efl＇ective rate was 93.28% in VP group and 92.55% in dry pipe group without difference. Conclusion The VP past might be easy with good effect to use in clinic.
