舒血宁联用长春胺治疗椎基动脉系统供血不全40例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察舒血宁联用长春胺治疗椎基动脉系统供血不全40例疗效观察。方法将80例椎基动脉系统供血不全患者随机分为对照组40例与治疗组40例,对照组应用丹参加西医常规治疗;治疗组给予舒血宁加用长春胺。长春胺2次/d,1次30 mg口服,连用14 d。治疗前及治疗2周后,对两组患者的临床疗效,及血液动力学指标进行评定。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,治疗组血液动力学各组指标较对照组有明显改善,治疗期间无任何不良反应。结论舒血宁联用长春胺治疗椎基动脉系统供血不全,且安全有效。Objective To observe the ＂Shuxuening＂ united ＂vincamine＂ in the treatment of vertebrobasilar arterial system insufficiency. Methods 80 cases of such patients were randomly divided into the control group 40 cases and the treatment group 40 cases.The control group treated with conventional therapy with Salvia miltiorrhiza and Western drugs,and treatment group with Shuxuening and vincamine,vincamine 2 times a day,30mg Qd po.14d.Before treatment and after 2 weeks of treatment,clinical effect,and hemorheological index were assessed. Results The efficiency rate in treatment group was significantly higher than control group.The hemorheology the indiex in the treatment groups improved significantly than the control group,and without any adverse reaction during treatment. Conclusion Shuxuening United Vincamine might be safe and effective n the treatment of vertebral artery insufficiency.
