摘　　要：上海市住院医师规范化培训实施已近2年,作为规范化培训工作的具体实施和执行者,经历了受训住院医师招录、培训管理和首批完成1年期培训具有博士学历的住院医师考核出站及马上面临大批2年期培训具有硕士学历的住院医师出站考核及就业的局面,就住院医师规范化培训中的基本生活保障等问题及可能面临的出站后就业问题进行了讨论。Issues and future possible questions are discussed from executants’ perspectives on standardized training for resident doctors in shanghai,which has been implemented for two years,including trainees recruitment,training management,complete examination of first-batch residents with medical doctor degree after 1-year training,and is confronting the situations of incoming examination and employment of more residents with medical master degree after 2-year training.
