摘　　要：针对青年学生存在不良阅读习惯，校园缺少“书香”文化的现实问题，特以中国计量学院图书馆第三届读书节为例，介绍策划读书节活动的背景、具体活动方案以及对于此次活动的总结与展望。通过各类精彩的读书节活动不仅弘扬阅读精神、丰富校园文化，而且还营造良好的阅读氛围、培养积极的阅读兴趣，从而进一步得出开展读书节的重要性。Exist for young students with poor reading habits, lack the practical problems of the ＂Elegant＂ cultural campus, Spe- cial to taking the Third Reading Festival of China Jiliang University Library for example, introduced the background of the planning activities of the Reading Festival, the specific program of activities and the activities summary and Outlook. Through all kinds of wonderful reading festival not only to promote the reading spirit, enrich the campus culture, but also to create a good atmosphere for reading, cultivate a positive interest in reading, thus further drawn to the importance of the reading section.
