摘　　要：探讨在当今网络信息环境下医院图书馆文献资源建设面临的挑战,并在此基础上提出加强文献资源建设的策略,包括加强数字文献资源建设、突出文献资源特色、重视免费资源建设与利用等方面。The paper discusses the challenges to literature resources construction in hospital libraries under current network information environment, based on the above it puts forward the strategies of strengthening literature resources construction, including strengthening digital literature resources construction, highlighting the characteristics of literatures, paying attention to free resources construction and utilization, etc.
