ER-α、PR、Ki-67和VEGF在子宫内膜息肉术后复发的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨雌激素受体α亚型(ER-α)、孕激素受体(PR)、细胞增殖核抗原(Ki-67)和血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)的异常表达与子宫内膜息肉(EP)形成及术后复发的关系。方法运用荧光定量PCR的方法测定复发子宫内膜息肉及息肉周围正常内膜、初发息肉及息肉周围正常内膜、正常宫腔内膜组织(对照组)中ER-α、PR、Ki-67和VEGF的基因表达量。结果①复发EP组ER-α、Ki-67、VEGF表达高于对照组(P<0.05),PR表达低于对照组(P<0.05)。②初发EP组ER-α、Ki-67、VEGF表达高于对照组(P<0.05),PR表达低于对照组(P<0.05)。③复发EP组与初发EP组ER-α、Ki-67、VEGF、PR的表达无显著性差异(P>0.05)。④复发息肉周围正常内膜组、初发息肉周围正常内膜组与对照组ER-α、Ki-67、VEGF、PR的表达无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论生育期妇女子宫内膜息肉的发病及复发可能与ER-α、Ki-67、VEGF高表达,PR低表达有关。Objective Study of ER-a,PR,Ki-67 and VEGF expression and endometrial polyp formtion and recurrence relations. Methods Application of fluorescence quantitative PCR method for the determination of recurrent endometrial polyps and initial polyps, normal endometrium around the. recurrent and the initial endometrial polyps, normal uterine endometrial tissue in ER -a, PR, Ki-67 and VEGF gene expression. Results （1）In recurrent EP group, ER -a, Ki-67, VEGF expression was higher than that in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, PR expression was lower than that of control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. （2） In Initial EP group, ER -ct, Ki- 67, VEGF expression was higher than that in control group （ P 〈0. 05 ）, PR expression was lower than that of control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. （3） In recurrent EP group and initial EP group, ER -a, Ki-67, VEGF, PR expres- sion had no significant difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. （4） Of normal endometrial group surrounding recurrent EP, norreal endometrial group surrounding initial EP and control group, ER -a, Ki-67, VEGF, PR expression had no significant difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Women of reproductive age onset and recurrence of uterine endometrial polyps may be associated with the high expression of ER-a, Ki-67, VEGF, low expression of PR.
