摘　　要：高层次复合型人才的培养是教育与社会发展的必然趋势。通过剖析复合型人才的涵义、素质与能力结构，提出以培养复合型人才为目标，推进教学改革的具体措施，从而构建知识、能力与素质三位一体协调发展的高层次复合型人才。High - level compound talents is education and the inevitable trend of social development, Through the analysis of compound talents of meaning, structure of quality and ability, put forward to cultivate compound talents as the goal, advances concrete measures for teaching reform, so as to construct the knowledge, ability and quality of the Trinity coordinated development of high - level talents.
