摘　　要：本文讨论了 Petrov-Galerkin方法的解存在且唯一的双线性泛函弱强制性条件与刚度矩阵的非奇异性之间的关系 ,证明了有界双线性泛函的弱强制性是存在唯一解的充要条件 .本文还用不同于文献 [1 ]的方法严格讨论了 Petrov-Galerkin方法的收敛性和误差估计 .In this paper, the relationship between the non singularity of stiffness matrix and the weakly coercive conditions of the bilinear form is discussed, and obtained that the weakly coercive and bounded conditions of the bilinear form are actually the sufficient and necessary conditions such that the Petrov Galerkin method existed unique solution. Finally the convergence and error estimation of Petrov Galerkin method is established using a new method which is different from that used in reference [1] by Babuka.
