摘  要:对传统的板料拉深性能评价指标极限拉伸比(LDR)进行了修正,提出了新的评价标准(工艺极限拉伸比)TLDR=f(R,n,σs,t,F压边,rd,rp,μ,Gap,…),即以工艺参数和板料基本力学性能参数为自变量的极限拉深比.导出了TLDR的理论计算公式,并对各影响因素进行了理论分析.TL-DR代表的不是在某一固定工艺条件下板料的拉深性能,而是在不同工艺条件下板料的实际拉深性能,因而TLDR的准确预测将有助于避免冲压加工中选材的盲目性.文中导出的公式不但可用于TLDR的直接计算(计算结果与试验结果符合较好),而且为进一步深入研究板料拉深性能(建立神经网络模型)提供了理论依据。A modified criterion for sheet metal drawing capability was proposed. The Technological Limiting Drawing Ratio, TLDR= f(R,n,σ s , t,F,μ,r d , r p , G ap ,…), that is, both the mechanical properties of blank and the technological parameters are treated as variables in the case of TLDR. A new formula was derived to predict the TLDR, and theoretical analysis on the effects of each parameter was carried out based on the formula. TLDR is not the drawing capability of sheet metal under a fixed operating condition, it is the practical drawing capability of sheet under different operating conditions, so accurate prediction of TLDR will help avoid the blindness in the selection of sheet metal before drawing. The formula can be used to predict TLDR (the results show good agreements with experimental data). Besides, it is the base on which further experiments will be carried out and a model of neural network will be constructed.
