食管癌渗疗71例近期疗效观察

摘　　要：采用食管渗疗器,治疗中,晚期食管癌71例。用高浓度5-Fu,食管腔内局部渗透给药。CR+PR=66.2％,为Selawry报告静脉给药疗效的9.45倍。平均生存期9个月以上。渗疗前后检查对比,未见毒副反应。操作简单,适应症广,为治疗中、晚期食管癌创一新路。Seventy one patients with moderate or advanced carcinoma of the esophagus were treated with diffusion-therapy using high concentration 5-FU. A responsive rate of 66.2% (CR+PR) which was 9.45 times higher than that reported by Selawry was achieved. The mean survival time was more than 9 months. No side-effect developed after therapy. The apparatus for this technic is easy to operate.This might be taken as a new approach in the treatment of moderate and advanced carcinoma of the esophagus.
