摘　　要：讲述了用PSD构造柔性臂末端振动测量系统的设计与实现过程 ,包括测量原理 ,光学系统的构造 ,PSD的后续处理电路和系统标定等。介绍了一个基于PSD的双连杆柔性机械臂末端振动的测量系统及实验结果。测量准确度达 0 .1mm。The measurement system by PSD for a vibration of extremity of a flexible mechanical arm is described, including measurement principle, optical system, PSD circuit and system calibration. Moreover, a new system for the measurement of vibration of parallel flexible mechanical arms' extremity is proposed and the results of experimentation is presented. The precision is 0.1mm.
