摘 要:目的:评价Tweed-Merrifield技术矫治上颌前突的临床疗效。方法:应用回顾性研究方法,对16例采用Tweed-Merrifield拔牙技术矫治的Angle Ⅱ类上颌前突病例进行X线头颅侧位片测量分析。结果:ANB角平均减小1.47°,U1/NA和IMPA分别减小7.75°和7.5°,FMIA和Z角分别增加4.8°和7.85°,以上结果均有显著统计学意义。结论:Tweed-Merrifield技术可以稳定支抗磨牙,内收前牙,显著改善上颌前突患者的软硬组织侧貌,适用于需要强支抗的上颌前突患者的拔牙矫治。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the Tweed-Merrifield technique on maxillary protrusion. Methods 16 patients with Angle class II maxillary protrusion were included in this retrospective study. Cephalometric analyses were made before and after Tweed-Merrifield technique treatment. Results ANB angle,UI/NA,LI/MP and IMPA were decreased by 1.47°,7.75°,9.0°and 7.5°on average,respectively.FMIA and Z angle were increased by 4.8° and 7.85°.The changes were statistically significant. Conclusion Tweed-Merrifield technique can stabilize anchorage molar, retract anterior teeth and improve hard and soft tissue profile significantly in patients with maxillary protrusion.
