摘  要:目的探讨磁敏感加权成像技术(T2 star weighted angiography,T2 SWAN)在中枢神经系统肿瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法连续性对32例在手术病理或临床随访证实前均行T1-FLAIR、T2-FLAIR、DWI、SWAN及增强T1-FSE检查的脑肿瘤患者资料进行分析。对SWAN与增强T1显示的肿瘤静脉、出血产物进行比较。结果 SWAN对肿瘤内的出血及小静脉显示敏感,SWAN比增强T1能更清楚地显示肿瘤结构的细节。结论 SWAN结合常规序列对肿瘤提供更全面、精确的信息,有助于对肿瘤的定性、分级。Objective To assess the clinical value ofT2 star weighted angiography (swan) in brain tumors. Materials andmethods The conventional MR imaging (T1FLA1R,T2FLA1R, DWI),SWAN and CE-T1FSE were performed in 32 cases of brain tumors before treatment or operation or clinical follow-up. Correlation with pathology was analyzed in all cases. Results SWAN was much more sensitive for showing blood products and venous vasculature. SWAN provided detailed information of tumor than that by CE-T1 FSE images. Conclusion SWAN has high value in the evaluation of tumor boundary definition, blood products, venous vasculature and edema, SWAN may be useful for accurate tumor grading.
