血清碱性蛋白电泳对肿瘤的监测

摘　　要：本文介绍的血清碱性蛋白电泳,是一种快速,简便而经济的肿瘤筛选方法。恶性肿瘤患者血清中的碱性蛋白是与血浆γ-球蛋白形成一种复合物,在pH2.0条件下,使此复合物解离,按常法进行乙酸纤维素薄膜电泳,癌症患者在点样原点有条特异的肿瘤碱性蛋白带,正常人则无。检测300例正常人均为阴性,检测800例经临床确诊为各种恶性肿瘤患者血清,癌症总阳性率73％,101例包块和咳血待查患者SBPE结果与病理检查证实为癌症的阳性符合率78.7％,测定1409例各种良性疾病,假阳性9.8％。The electrophoretic assay of serum protein is a quick and convenient procedure in screening for patient with cancer. In the sera from cancer patients, the basic protein is bound with γ-globulin, but it can be released as free at pH 2.0. The electrophoresis was made to run out on acetate celluse film. The electrophoretic pattern of sera from patients with cancer revealed a special band at the starting point of the added sample. No special band was found in sera of healthy persons. In all the 300 healthy persons the results were negative, while 73％ of the patients with cancer were found positive. In 78％ of the 101 patients in whom mass or heamoptysis were present, specific basic protein band existed on their electrophoretic assay, cancer was found to be harbored pathologically. In only 9.8％ of 1409 patients with various benign disease yielded false positive reaction.
