春季卡他性结膜炎的药物治疗疗效观察

摘　　要：目的临床观察0.1%盐酸奥洛他定滴眼液联合那素达滴眼液治疗春季卡他性结膜炎的疗效。方法对169例患者应用奥洛他定滴眼液滴眼2次/日,共1.5～3个月;那素达滴眼液3次/日点眼,共1个月。于治疗后3、7、14、28 d,2个月、3个月随访观察。结果联合用药后7 d 84.2%的结膜充血消失,14 d时79.7%的眼痒、烧灼感、畏光流泪等症状消失,3个月时治愈率达98.7%。结论奥洛他定联合那素达滴眼液可快速、持久稳定的控制春季卡他性结膜炎的症状及体征。Objective To evaluate the clinical utility of Olopatadine and Naphcon eye drops on the treatment of vernal conjunctivitis.Methods 169 patients with vernal conjunctivitis were treated by Olopatadine and Naphcon eye drops.The symptoms and signs were evaluated after the instillation of eye drops 3,7,14,28 days,and 2,3 months.Results 84.2% of conjunctival congestion were cured at 7 days.79.7% symptoms of itching and burning sensation,etc were cured at 14 days.98.7% of patients were cured at 3 months.Conclusion Drug combination of Olopatadine and Naphcon eye drops can rapidly and effectively relieve the symptoms and signs of vernal conjunctivitis.
