摘　　要：目的探讨在甲状腺癌、甲状腺腺瘤及正常甲状腺组织中细胞因子信号转导抑制因子3(suppressor ofcytokine signaling 3,SOCS-3)的表达情况和其与相关临床病理参数之间的关系,从而为甲状腺癌的发病机制研究奠定基础,提供理论依据,为甲状腺癌的临床预防及治疗提供新的思路。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测JAK/STAT通路中的SOCS-3在70例甲状腺癌组织、30例甲状腺腺瘤组织及12例正常甲状腺组织中的表达情况。结果①SOCS-3在甲状腺癌组织中高表达,在甲状腺腺瘤组织及正常甲状腺组织中均低表达或无表达,差异有统计学意义;②SOCS-3的表达与甲状腺癌中有无淋巴结转移正相关,与患者年龄及性别无关。结论 SOCS-3在甲状腺癌中高表达,在甲状腺癌信号传导通路上SOCS-3的表达可能是由多因素调节的,并且与甲状腺癌的发病机制密切相关。OBJECTIVE To investigate the expression of SOCS-3 protein in thyroid carcinoma,thyroid adenoma and normal thyroid tissue,and its relationship to clinical pathological characteristics.Our findings may set up the experimental foundation for research on the pathogenesis and provide a new idea for clinical therapy of thyroid carcinoma.METHODS SP immunohistochemistry method was used to detect the expression of SOCS-3 in 70 specimens of thyroid carcinoma,30 specimens of thyroid adenoma and 12 specimens of normal thyroid tissue.RESULTS ①Comparison of expressions of SOCS-3 in thyroid carcinoma,thyroid adenoma and normal thyroid tissue was carried out respectively.The results demonstrated that the expression of SOCS-3 was higher in thyroid carcinoma than that in the other two groups.The differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.CONCLUSION High expression of SOCS-3 was found in thyroid carcinoma.The result shows that the expression of SOCS-3 may be regulated by multi-factors in the signal transduction pathway,which is closely related to the pathogenesis of thyroid carcinoma.
