摘　　要：以 30 0 t转炉吹炼时耳轴的实测切应力为例 ,通过分析载荷幅值和均值的统计特性 ,提出了一种随机疲劳载荷的平均处理方法 ,并使用 MonteThe shear stress of the main shaft of a 300 t converter vessel at blowing as an example, by analyzing the statistics characters of its amplitude and mean value, an average treatment method for the random fatigue loads is presented in this paper, and the Monte Carlo method is used to simulate the average loads.
