摘　　要：目的　探讨微型钛板内固定治疗下颌骨骨折的临床应用。方法　对 2 1例复杂下颌骨骨折病人 ,采用微型电钻打孔 ,微型钛板螺钉内固定治疗。结果　术后均能张口进半流质或软食 ,2 0例软组织伤口I期愈合 ,1例伤口继发感染。 3～ 6月复查全景片 ,骨折断端均对位良好 ,咬牙合关系恢复正常。结论　微型钛板是治疗下颌骨骨折较理想的内固定方法。Objective To discuss the clinical application of the internal fixation of mandibular fractures with titanium miniplate. Methods 21 complicated mandibular fractures were punctured with minidrill and fixed with titanium miniplates.Results All patients could take semi soft diets or soft diets after the operations,20 patients' incisions healed well,and 1 patient infected.In 3 6 months,The Orthopantomographies showed perfect locations of fragments and normal occlusions.Conclusion Internal fixation with titanium miniplate is a reliable treatment of mandibular fractures. Key word Titanium miniplate Mandibular fractures Internal fixationWT5”HZ]Conclusion Conclusion In PRK,both chemically and mechanically removing corneal epithelium have same effects and complications of post-operation.However the former is briefer,faster safer and easier handling.
