中西药合用治疗消化性溃疡疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察西药联合中药治疗消化性溃疡的疗效。方法:90例随机分为两组各45例,A组用自拟胃溃疡汤、雷贝拉唑,B组用雷贝拉唑、克拉霉素、阿莫西林。结果:A组上腹疼痛消失比B组更快,幽门螺杆菌(Hp)消除率更高(P<0.01)。结论:中西药合用症状缓解快、幽门螺杆菌(Hp)清除率高,复发率低,毒副作用小。Observe：three western medicines （rabeprazole ＋ clarithromycin ＋ amoxicillin） and proprietary Chinese medi- cine （selforganizing, gastric ulcer decoction ＋ rabeprazole） treatment group contrast curative effect. Methods：90 patients were ran- domly divided into two groups, and 45 patients, Take Chinese traditional medicine group A （ selforganizing, gastric ulcer decoction ＋ rabeprazole）. Group B under western medicine （rabeprazole ＋ clarithromycin ＋ amoxicilhn）. Resuhs：take Chinese traditional medicine ＋ western medicine group more than take advantage of western medicine. Conclusion：The treatment group in clinical symptoms fast, helicobacter pylori （Hp） high clearance, shorten the treatment duration, once again, the recurrence rate is low, side effects are less than under the western medicine group.
