摘　　要：近20年来,风险投资作为一种新型的投资工具,已经成为技术创新、科技创业,以致形成新产业的强大推动力。风险投资与高新技术企业有紧密相连的关系,风险投资是高新产业发展的资金后盾,高新技术企业生命周期的各个阶段都离不开风险投资的培育和扶持。高新技术创业企业是未来高新技术大企业大公司的萌芽和基础,国外风险投资成功经验告诉我们:风险投资与高新技术创业企业的良性融合发展是中国高科技产业走向未来、走向成功的必由之路。In the recent 20 years,the venture capital is a drive of high and new technical industry.There is a close correlation between the venture capital and high-tech industry.The former is the funds backing the development of high-tech industry,and high-tech enterprises at all the stages of the life cycle are inseparable from the cultivation and the support of venture capital.The development of high-tech set up companies has got the great influence to push the economy development of a nation or region.We can learn from developed countries the successful experiences in establishing interaction mechanisms between venture capitals and high-tech set up companies.
