摘　　要：构建完善的金融体系支持战略性新兴产业发展具有必要性,但金融支持战略性新兴产业发展的过程中也存在潜在的金融风险。战略性新兴产业的高风险性、未来产能过剩的可能性、财政干预提供的隐性政府信用、地方政府债务风险、银行自身因素以及外源融资渠道过于集中于银行信贷等因素是导致战略性新兴产业存在潜在金融风险的主要原因,并使其金融风险具有自身的特点。对这些潜在的金融风险必须进行深入研究,做好防范和管理。It is necessary to establish a perfect financial system to support the development of strategic emerging industries.But there may also be potential financial risks when the financial system support the development of strategic emerging industries.There are a series factors to lead to the potential financial risk of strategic emerging industries,which are high risk and the possibility of future overcapacity of Strategic emerging industry,implicit government credit,of fiscal intervention,debt risk of local government,the bank＇s own factor and Concentration of external financing on bank credit,The financial risk has its own characteristics.We must research,prevent and manage these potential financial risks.
