摘　　要：评述了RH法真空脱碳、脱硫反应过程的行为 。The reaction behavious for vacuum decarbonization and desulphurization in RH process are reviewed and the main researches on the reaction rate under the condition of vacuum circulation flow for secondary refining are presented emphatically in this paper.
