摘  要:对现阶段高校体育课程理念及价值取向存在的问题剖析的基础上,以体现时代精神、倡导课程文化建设的新视野为依据,提出了健康与文化并重的高校体育课程理念的具体体现就是使学生发展成为一个"整体的人";价值取向的出发点就是"人的存在"和"人的生成"。课程理念及价值取向实践中的切入点是:课程目标关注学生的生命质量,课程内容个性化、人文化、生活化取向,课程文化是高校体育课程设计的最佳视点,课程实施重在关注学生体育学习方式的变革,课程评价要体现整体教育思想。The paper analyzes the existing problems in the concept and value orientation of the present college sports curriculum. On this basis, from the new perspective of time spirit and curriculum culture building, the pa- per proposes that the concrete reflection of the concept of dual focus of health and literacy of college sports cur- riculum is to enable the students to become a "complete" person. The starting point of value orientation is the ex- istence of people and generation of people. The entry point of curriculum concept and value orientation is that the curriculum shall aim at the life quality of students, the content of the curriculum shall be personalized and hu- manity and life orientated. Curriculum culture is the best perspective of the design of college sports curriculum. Curriculum implementation shall focus on the reform of the sports learning ways of the students. And curriculum evaluation shall reflect the overall concept of education.
