摘　　要：针对众多物流人才所具备的物流专业英语能力远不能达到社会和企业要求的现状,尝试对由此产生的招工与就业双难的窘境进行原因分析,指出主要是校企联合、工学结合不够、数学内容陈旧、教师素质有待提高等原因所致;并由此提出解决这一难题的有效方法是想方设法加强校企业联合、工学结合,改革教学内容,提高教师素质等。In view that the professional English capacity of logistics personnel is far below the demand of the society and enterprises, we attempted to analyze the employment dilemma resulting from it and pointed out causes such as insufficient effort in school-enterprise cooperation and practice-study combination, outdated teaching content, unsatisfactory qualification of the teachers, etc. Then we argued that to effectively remedy the situation, we should try to strengthen school-enterprise cooperation and practice-study combination, reform teaching content and improve the quality of teachers, etc.
