摘　　要：食品安全关乎国计民生,地方政府是食品安全监管的具体执行者。近期食品安全问题凸现,原因在于地方政府相关执法部门监管不力。因此,优化政府目标、合理匹配事权和财权,完善问责机制,突出地方特色,加强立法,借鉴国外经验,才能使监管体系切实发挥作用。Local government is the specific implementation and the key of national food safety regulation. Review the process and current situation of China＇s food safety regulation, it is obvious that local government regulation is lacking. From the local government food safety control effect, analyzing the causes of low efficiency of regulation, demonstrating relations among various factors that affect government efficiency, we can propose targeted suggestions.
