摘　　要：胜任力在培训体系中的应用已成为各行各业人力资源管理者研究的热点。文章在分析胜任力等相关概念的基础上,将胜任力模型引入中医护理培训体系中,探讨以胜任力为基础的护理人员中医护理分层次培训体系的构建要点及具体程序。Application of competency in training system has beceme the research focus of human resources managers in all fields. Based on analysis of competency and other relevant concepts, this paper introduces model of competency in training system of TCM nursing, discusses the key points and specific procedures of TCM level training system based on competency for nursing staff.
