校企合作办学的几点思考

摘　　要：校企合作办学是实现高校和企业资源共享、共同培养应用型人才的有效途径;通过校企合作,可以促进高校师资队伍建设,完善高校专业设置和课程体系,推动高校"产、学、研"一体化发展;通过校企合作,促进企业提高科研水平,提升企业解决技术难题、开发新产品的能力,也有助于企业选拔、培养、招聘符合企业要求的应用型人才;通过校企合作,建立大学生实习、实训基地,让学生了解企业文化,有助于培养大学生实践动手能力,提高他们的就业竞争力;总之,校企合作能够真正实现学校、企业、学生三方共赢。College--enterprise cooperation is an effective way to share resources of both colleges and enterprises and tion of college faculties and ap th plicative talents together. Onone hand, it can help to improve the construc e construction of majors and disciplines, and it also can promote the development of the production, learning and researching of the college. On the other hand, the college enterprise cooperation will bring many benefits to the prove its scientific research, the ability of solving enterprise. For instance, it helps the enterprise to im technological problems and difficulties, the capability of developing new products. And it also helps the enterprise to select, cultivate and employ the applicative talents who are needed. Besides, the college--enterprise cooperation is also good for students, because the practical and training bases established by the college--enterprise cooperation help the students to know the culture of various companies and to improve their practical abilities, which will offer them a better em
