摘　　要：结合沿边经济落后区民营企业发展情况,分析说明民营企业要保持良好竞争优势,必须以观念创新为前提、以管理体制创新为基础、以技术创新为核心、以战略创新为着眼点、以营销创新为手段、以文化创新为源泉,构建新的管理模式,适应世界经济的快速发展。In combination with backward area of border economic development of private enterprises and a good analysis of the competitive advantage,great attention must be paid to ideal innovation,to management system innovation,to taking the technical innovation as the core,to strategic innovation as the focus,to marketing innovation as means and culture innovation as the source in order to construct the new management mode and to adapt to the rapid development of the world economy.
