摘　　要：文章介绍了安徽水利水电职业技术学院工学结合背景下顶岗实习的实践探索,分析了顶岗实习实践中存在的问题,提出了政府、企业、学校乃至学生在顶岗实习中应享受的权益和应承担的责任、义务。This paper introduces the practice of internship under the background of work-integrated learning in Anhui Water Conservancy College, analyzes the problems existed, and proposes the rights enjoyed and the responsibility undertaken by the government, enterprises, colleges and students respectively.
