摘　　要：[目的]探讨心理干预对消化道肿瘤患者负性情绪及免疫功能的影响.[方法]将60例消化道肿瘤患者随机分为干预组、对照组各30例,对照组给予常规对症治疗及护理,干预组在常规治疗及护理的基础上给予心理干预.两组患者在治疗前后用焦虑自评量表（SAS）和抑郁自评量表（SDS）进行情绪测试,并于治疗前后测T细胞亚群CD3＋、CD4＋、CD8＋、CD4＋/CD8＋细胞,分析心理干预对消化道肿瘤患者情绪及免疫功能的影响.[结果]两组患者心理干预前SAS及SDS评分差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,心理干预后,干预组患者SAS、SDS评分较治疗前及对照组同期明显下降（P＜0.01）;干预前后两组免疫指标差值比较,差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）.[结论]心理干预,能有效减轻消化道肿瘤患者的心理压力,改善负性情绪.[Objective] To explore the influence of psychological intervention on negative emotion and im- mune function of patients with digestive tract tumor. [Methods] A total of 60 patients with digestive tract tumor were randomly divided into intervention group and control group with 30 in each. The control group was given routine symptomatic treatment and nursing. The intervention group was given psychological intervention based on traditional therapy and nursing. Self-rating anxiety scale（SAS） and self-rating depression scale（SDS） of patients in two groups before and after treatment were used for emotion test. T-cell subsets CD3^＋ , CD4^＋ , CD8^＋ and CD4^＋/CD8 were was determined before and after treatment. The effect of psychological interven-tion on emotion and immune function of patients with digestive tract tumor were analyzed. [Results] There was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores before treatment（ P〉0.05）. Compared with before treat-ment, SAS and SDS scores in intervention group after psychological intervention obviously decreased（ P 〈0.01）. There was no significant difference in immune function index of two groups before and after interven-tion（ P 〉0.05）. [Conclusion]Psychological intervention can effectively alleviated the mental stress and im- prove the negative motion of patients with digestive tract tumor.
