摘 要:[目的]探讨应用非熔化极氩弧焊接技术,焊接修复各种金属修复体缺损或缺陷的临床使用方法和效果.[方法]使用非熔化极氩弧焊接设备,采用非熔化极氩弧焊接技术进行焊接修复.[结果]焊接断裂金属修复体38件,修补各种金属修复体缺陷20件,焊补金属修复体邻接点不良及咬合面过低12件,焊接套筒冠义齿6件,在旧金属修复体上焊接固位装置6件.经3年临床随访及复诊观察,总成功率93.9%,失败5例.[结论]非熔化极焊接修复法在口腔修复工艺技术中用途广泛,技术相对领先.其临床应用意义是:设备成本和运行成本相对较低,对于金属修复体的缺损或缺陷修复方法简单,耗时短,成本低,效率高,值得推广应用.[Objective]To explore the method and clinical efficacy of non-melting electrode argon arc weld-ing for repairing all kinds of fractured or defective mental restorations. [Methods] Non-melting electrode argon arc welding equipment was used for welding restoration. [Results]The 38 cases of fractured mental restora-tions, 20 cases of defective mental restorations, 12 cases of mental restorations with inadequate proximal con-tact and low occlusal surface and 6 cases of telescope crown dentures were welded and repaired. Retention in-strument was welded on 6 cases of old metal restorations. Clinical follow up and further consultation for 3 years showed the total success rate was 93.9% and 5 cases were failed. [Conclusion] Non-melting electrode argon arc welding is widely used in mouth restoration techniques. The technology is relatively leading. Its clin-ical significance is lower cost of equipment and operation. The method for repairing the fractured or defective mental restorations is simple, and has short time, low cost and high efficacy, so it should be spread strongly.
