早期B超引导穿刺引流治疗急性重症胰腺炎并胰周积液21例临床分析

摘　　要：[目的]探讨早期B超引导穿刺引流治疗重症急性胰腺炎（SAP）并胰周积液的价值.[方法]对本科2010年7月至2011年7月期间收治的21例SAP并胰周积液患者采取早期超声引导穿刺置管引流术,观察其疗效.[结果]患者平均引流时间和平均住院日分别为7.6 d和32 d.21例患者中2例因引流不畅改开腹手术;19例治愈,其中3例经更换置管后有效引流.[结论]对于急性重症胰腺炎合并胰周积液的患者,超声引导穿刺置管引流术是一种重要的早期治疗手段.[Objective]To explore the value of B-ultrasound-guided peritoneal drainage（PD） in the early treatment of severe acute pancreatitis（SAP） with acute fluid collection（AFC）. [Methods]A total of 21 SAP patients complicated with AFC admitted to our department from July 2010 to July 2011 underwent early B-ul-trasound-guided PD. The efficacy was observed. [Results] The mean drainage and hospital stay time were 7.6 days and 32 days, respectively. Among 21 patients, 2 patients turned to undergo laparotomy, and 19 patients were cured in which 3 patients were given effective drainage after the replacement of the catheter. [Conclusion] Ultrasound-guided puncture and drainage is an important method for the early treat-ment of SAP patients with AFC.
