摘  要:目的探讨不同粒径超细碳酸钙的补钙效果。方法选用3周断乳小鼠40只,用基础饲料喂食2周后按体质量分为1个对照组和3个实验组,每组10只。对照组继续喂食基础饲料,3个实验组分别喂食不同粒径的超细碳酸钙+基础饲料。连续喂养4周后进行3d钙代谢实验。结果各实验组小鼠体质量、股骨质量、钙吸收率、血清钙含量、股骨钙含量均明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论超细碳酸钙是机体补充钙剂的良好钙源,并且粒径越小补钙效果越好。Objective To research the effect of calcium carbonate of different particle size as a supplement. Methods Forty 3-week-old-weaning mice were randomly divided into the control group and three treatment groups after eating basal low calcium for 2-weeks. The control group was fed with basal low calcium feed. Treatment groups were respectively fed with feed added calcium carbonate of different particle sizes for 4 weeks. Then calcium metabolism tests were conducted for all the mice for 3 days. Results The weight, length, Ca absorption rate and the concentration of serum calcium of treatment groups were obviously higher than those of the control group (P〈0.01). Conclusion The ultrafine calcium is a good calcium source, and the tinier the particle size is, the better effect it has.
