摘  要:为进一步加强教师培训,全面提高教师队伍素质,教育部、财政部从2010年起实施了"中小学教师国家级培训计划"(简称"国培计划"),这是贯彻落实党的十七大关于"加强教师队伍建设,重点提高农村教师素质"的要求和《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》精神的重要举措。本文从教师专业发展视角出发,总结了安康学院"国培计划"实践的主要做法和特色并分析了几个值得反思的问题,以期为"国培计划"的顺利实施提供有益的借鉴。The State Ministry of Education and Ministry of Finance have implemented the ' National Training Programs for schools teachers' (NTPST), to further strengthen teachers training, and to improve the quality of teaching. It is a kind of key measure to "Strength- ening of teachers, focusing on improving the quality of teachers in rural areas", which is determined in the 17th Party Congress and is an important measure that is proclaimed in "National Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan (2010"--2020)" .When careful studied the teaching activities of Ankang niversity, we summarized the effective approaches and some reflections are provided so as to offeting some useful reference.
