摘　　要：慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠上皮化生和不典型增生是不同形式的胃癌前病变,与胃癌的发生密切相关,持续的幽门螺杆菌感染所致的慢性炎症可引起黏膜上皮反复的退化和再生,从正常胃黏膜→慢性萎缩性胃炎→肠上皮化生→胃黏膜上皮不典型增生→胃癌,幽门螺杆菌感染主要起了一个引导作用,现就幽门螺杆菌与胃癌前病变的关系予以综述。Chronic gastropathy in companion with intestinal metaplasia and atypical hyperplasia are the different forms of gastric precancerous lesions which have close relationship with gastric cancer.The continous infection of H.pylori leads to chronic inflammation that makes epithelium degenerate or regenerate.From normal epithelium →chronic atrophic gastritis→ intestinal metaplasia →atypical hyperplasia →gastric cancer,H.pylori acts as a guider.Here is to summarize the relationship between H.pylori infection and gastric precancerous lesions.
