摘　　要：本文从资源联系的视角,探讨了IT在企业竞争中的多重角色及其背后所蕴含的战略逻辑。资源联系视角拓展了企业资源观主流分析框架的理论边界和逻辑思路,有助于企业成功应对IT商品化、趋同化趋势的挑战。This paper investigated the multiple roles that IT plays in competition among enterprises, and strategic logics behind the roles from the perspective of linkage among resources. This perspective expands the theory boundary and logic thought of resource - based view, helping enterprises successfully cope with the challenges of IT commoditization and convergence.
