天竺葵提取物对黄瓜病菌的抑制作用

摘　　要：采用天竺葵(Pelargonium hortorum)叶片提取物对黄瓜的镰刀菌(Fusarium oxyporum)、链格孢菌(Alternaria cucumerina)、蔓枯病菌(Ascochyta citrullina)进行抑菌实验。结果表明,天竺葵提取物对3种黄瓜病菌的菌丝生长均有一定的抑制作用,且抑制效果与提取物浓度呈正相关,提取物对蔓枯菌菌丝生长的抑制作用最强,对镰刀菌菌丝生长的抑制作用次之,对链格孢菌菌丝生长的抑制效果最弱。The antimicrobial activity of ethanol extracts of geranium（Pelargonium hortorum） leafs against cucumber＇s Fusarium oxyporum,Alternaria cucumerina and Ascochyta citrullina was studied.The results revealed that the extracts showed certain antimicrobial activity on these three cucumber fungus＇ hyphae growth,The suppression effect was positively correlated with the extracts＇ density.The extracts＇ suppression effect to the Ascochyta citrullina＇ hyphae growth was the highest,followed by F.oxyporum while to Alternaria cucumerina＇ hyphae growth was the lowest.
