摘　　要：研究了供应链物流能力中物流要素能力、运作能力和竞争能力几个概念的基本内涵、层次结构特征和发展进化过程。探讨了物流资源配置、物流系统结构、物流活动与流程、供应链联盟、环境和战略导向等影响物流能力发展进化的各种动因,以及这些因素发生作用的内在机制。物流能力的形成进化过程和机理研究有利于深刻理解物流能力的演化规律,为更好地建设和管理供应链物流能力提供理论支持。The concepts about supply chain logistics capabilities were defined, and the structural level and development process were analyzed from logistics capacity, capability to competence. Furthermore, from five viewpoints of logistical resource al- location, systemic structure, business process, supply chain alliance and strategic orientation, respectively the influential factors on logistics capabilities and the mechanisms of these factors to drive the formation and evolvement of logistics capabilities were dis- cussed. Making clear the evolvement process and formative mechanisms of logistics capability is beneficial to understand in depth its evolution laws and provides a theoretical support for better constructing and managing supply chain logistics capability.
