技术能力影响创新绩效的路径:创新战略的中介作用分析

摘　　要：首先提出技术能力、创新战略影响企业创新绩效的路径,然后通过调查问卷方式获取237份样本数据对各种影响路径进行验证,分别使用完全中介模型、部分中介模型和直接效应模型检验假设的合理性,结果发现企业技术能力和创新战略对创新绩效都有显著影响,但技术能力对创新绩效的影响有一部分是通过创新战略来实现的,企业应当使用与自身资源禀赋相匹配的创新战略形式,才能将内部技术能力的优势转化为创新绩效上的优势。This paper first proposes the path that technological capacity and innovation strategy affect the innovation performance. To verify the hypothesis, we make analysis on 237 samples through questionnaire, respectively using full intermediary effect model, partial intermediary effect model and direct effect model, and find that that both technological capability and innovation strategy have a significant impact on innovation performance, where in some cases technological capability works via the innovation strategy. Enterpri- ses shall adopt innovation strategies suitable for their resource endowments, so as to transfer the advantage in technological capability to that in innovation performance.
