摘　　要：根据创新相关理论和统计调查的结果剖析我国传统产业中小企业自主创新的现状,从创新需求、创新意愿、创新能力和创新效果四个方面总结其基本特征;探讨了传统产业中小企业自主创新动力不足的根本原因,包括:产品属性、创新资源匮乏、创新经验不足、政策支持不够以及技术成果外部性显著;从改造提升传统产业、增强企业竞争力的角度提出传统产业中小企业实施自主创新的基本对策。According to the theory of independent innovation and the result of statistical investigation, this paper analyzes the SMEs＇ status of independent innovation in China＇s traditional industries, summarizes its basic characteristics from four aspects of de- mand, willingness, competence and effect. It discusses the essential reasons about SMEs＇ motivation deficiency of independent innova- tion in traditional industries, including product attribute, scarcity of innovation resources, deficiency of innovation experience, laek of government support, and externality of technical achievements. From the view of transforming traditional industries and enhancing enterprises＇ competitiveness, the paper proposes fundamental countermeasures about implementing independent innovation to SMEs in traditional industries.
