摘　　要：以武汉东湖国家自主创新示范区为例,构建了经济发展和企业自主创新能力评价指标体系;运用主成分分析法计算了2001—2009年经济发展和企业自主创新能力综合指数;利用回归分析拟合经济发展综合指数与企业自主创新能力综合指数之间的关系,得出数量模型;运用时间序列分析等方法对东湖示范区2010年经济发展和创新状况各项指标进行预测,将预测所得的经济发展综合指数与运用回归模型计算所得值进行对比,检验了该模型的可行性;结果表明,企业自主创新能力对推动东湖示范区的经济发展作用显著。Taking the Wuhan East Lake Country Independent Innovation Model District as an example, this paper builds an evaluating indicator system of economic development and enterprises＇ independent innovation capability. Principal Components Analytic method is used to calculate composite index of the economic development and the enterprises＇ independent innovation capability from 2001 to 2009. The regression analysis method is used to fit the relationship between the composite index of the economic development and enterprises＇ independent innovation capability. The quantitative model is obtained. Methods such as time series analysis are used to predict every index of the economic development and innovative state of 2010 of East Lake Model. By comparing the predicted econom- ic development indexes with calculation based on regression model, the model is proved to be feasible; and the result suggests that, enterprises＇ independent innovation capability is of great significance to economic development of Wuhan East Lake Country Independ- ent Innovation Model District.
